You are required to do a deep dive on YOU to find your true strengths and psychological preferences (Strength Finder).   This experience will be a process of taking two mini-assessments that will help you discover your true strength zones. As Peter Drucker states: “Most people think they know what they are good at. They are usually wrong. . .And yet, a person can perform only from strengths.”

After you take these two assessments, I would like you to write a two-page description of what you found and possibly didn’t know about yourself! Feel free to compare your findings with other people who have also scored on the same scale as you did and see what they have accomplished.
