So far, you have explored different aspects of an organization and the theories and current trends involved in the research associated with each of these different areas. For your final project, write a research paper designed to evaluate organizational strategy, the associated theories, and their application based on current business trends.

Select an organization with which you are familiar. This could be an organization where you currently work, have previously worked, or have a strong knowledge of the internal operations and strategies. For this assignment, utilize the following to evaluate your selected organization:

• Brief History and Background of the Organization
• Ethics System
• Leadership
• Organizational Culture (Organizational Behavior)
• Human Resources Management
• Marketing Strategy (Including Social Media Marketing)
• Operations Strategy
• Globalization Strategy 

In addition, you will evaluate the strategic planning process of your selected organization by relating it back to the theories on strategic planning. Then, answer the following questions:  

• Which theory best relates to the process used for strategic planning within the organization? Is this the most appropriate theory to apply to the strategic planning process? Why or why not?
• How does the strategic planning process incorporate the eight aspects listed above? (You can create a table for this section)
• What are the strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s strategic plan and strategic planning process? (This can be a SWOT Analysis Matrix)

Support your assignment with at least ten scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. 

Length: 12 – 15 pages, not including title and reference pages

References: Include a minimum of seven scholarly resources.

Your research paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards
